Today is the 24th of June.

I finally got settled in my hospice bed, kicking back and relaxing. Weekly spa treatments are the best. 

Thank you to all the wonderful people at Mills Hospital who put up with me. 'Cause you know how I can be. I'm always joking - ha ha. 

(From daughter Adele: When the hospital doctor came in and asked mom how she was feeling, she said, "The shits" to which the doctor said back, "Do you have to have a bowel movement?". Very literal. But we know what she really meant.)

Thank you everyone for the gifts and messages of support. From people at Woodside, your cards and gifts are getting to me through my daughter Adele and the wonderful people at Robert's. 

Thank you to everyone who got me settled. 

It was a bumpy ride. I don't know - my mother had the same ride but I hope it was smoother for her. 

The cat just hit my butt. Sure is good to be home.

Hi friends of mom! We finally uploaded the wonderful YouTube video of my mom Georgia singing and being herself. Please share with anyone you think would like to hear or see mom ♥ It's almost been a year come July 10, 2025! We miss you Georgia!! P.S. We are still fundraising for a headstone engraving but it's slow-going (which we don't think she minds - it took multiple years for us to get dads done!).  We have some delightful news too - Georgia's daughter Adele (that's me) is expecting a baby boy in the next two weeks - due date June 11, 2025! We talked about family planning with Georgia before she passed, asked about name ideas and she said 'name them after me' but the jury still out on that one mom! haha https://linktr.ee/helpgeorgia Mom will be a grandma in heaven, we know she watching over us. ♥ Much love.
